Wireless charging uses the Qi technology which is owned by The Wireless Power Consortium and backed by more than 200 leading companies including Apple.

Wireless charging works by electromagnetic induction. This inductive process starts when the transmitter coil from a wireless charging device connects to a receiver coil (your smart phone or device).

Convenience and a modern solution

With how busy our daily life can be, a wireless charging pad eliminates the need to connect a power cord to your device. Just place your phone on the wireless charger and it starts to charge. There are no more cables and clutter on your bed side table or desk.

Please note that our wireless chargers are case compatible (up to 3mm). There is no need to remove your case to start charging your phone.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post - Postage will be via registered post and you can track your order number via the Australia Post website.

Customers will have the option of either Standard Shipping (2-10 business days) or Express Shipping (1-4 business days).

At this stage Trendgo only delivers locally within Australia.

If you have made a mistake in your order, please immediately contact us via email at shop@trendgo.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we would unfortunately not be able to update your delivery details.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. The package will then be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.

A copy of your invoice will be automatically emailed to you upon completing the purchase. Please check your Junk Inbox (if required).

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unused and unopened and in the original packaging as received.  Please contact us at shop@trendgo.com.au about the return request within 14 days of the purchase date.
