        Order Processing

        • All orders are processed within 1 business day.
        • All orders are posted from Melbourne with a tracking number.
        • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order and tracking details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at shop@trendgo.com.au for confirmation.
        • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping cost) and ask that you please re-submit your order.

         

        How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

        • Standard post: 2-10 business days
